The owners wanted to preserve this beautiful heritage villa but still make it feel up-to-date. The end result is a seamless blend of old and new, traditional and contemporary with modern kiwi elegance.

The garden mirrors this ethos blending lush tropical and native planting set under the original orchard planted by the first owners of the home. We updated the garden ready for sale. Happy to share ‘before’ photos privately if requested.
